1. Slowing down. Well, that is where we all find ourselves in this moment. 😉⁣⁠

2. Getting in touch with the natural world. I hope you were able to make space today to get outside for some fresh air and sunshine. ☀️⁣⁠

3. Enjoying a mindful moment with an animal… Maybe it is listening to the peepers for the first time this spring or hearing the birdsong in the morning. ⁣⁠
